Fancy Pants Salad

Steve made me this scrumptious salad! Baby greens tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette, topped with braeburn apple slices, grilled chicken with lime juice and zest, bleu cheese, red onions, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and sprouts. NOM!

And yes, I know I have been the worst blogger this month. First it was too hot for cooking since our apartment's air conditioning system is useless. Now I am working at a math program and living in a dorm away from home, so I don't feel like going through all the work of stocking up on spices and other necessities. Sorry! Give me a couple weeks and I'll be back home!
